"Don't Buy Any Food You've Ever Seen Advertised"

Michael Pollan is an American author, journalist, activist, and professor of journalism at the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. A 2006 New York Times book review describes him as a "liberal foodie intellectual."

This is a ten minute interview from 2009.  He discusses the marketing ploys of the food manufacturing industry.  "Real food is not being advertised," he said, illustrating that broccoli growers aren't making wild claims about their food but we all know we should be eating it.
