Carbohydrates are not created equal and Jillian Michaels explains the differences. Its not the quantity, it's the quality of the carbs you choose. Jillian explains that the Glycemic Load of the carbohydrate, the rate at which it is turned to glucose and reaches your blood stream, is more important than simple vs complex carbs.  We need carbohydrates.  However, we need to consume the best possible sources of them for our bodies.  Watch this video from eDiets Live - June 2008.
